St. Luke’s Hospital opens Bone & Joint Institute — 5 things to know

Phillipsburg-based St. Luke’s Hospital opened a new Bone & Joint Institute, according to a report from The Express-Times.

Here are five things to know about the new facility:

 

1. The Bone & Joint Institute is 20,000 square feet.

 

2. There will be a rehabilitation suite that includes occupational, physical and speech therapy. The facility also includes an AlterG anti-gravity treadmill.

 

3. The facility will also include an X-ray and lab services.

 

4. St. Luke’s expects several thousand patients to receive services at the center annually.

 

5. Orthopedic specialists at the center are:

• Gbolabo Sokunbi, MD
• Brian George, MD
