Mr. Seiler’s last role was CFO of ResotrixHealth, Spire said in an Oct. 4 news release. He also worked as CFO for Focus Ventures LLC and TransCare.
“Patrick’s proven leadership in healthcare, private equity, and M&A transactions, combined with his collaborative ability to establish scalable, data-driven financial functions, will further enable Spire to guide and equip market-leading orthopedic and spine surgeons in growing their practices while maintaining a position of financial strength amidst a dynamic landscape,” Spire Executive Chair Bob Cucuel said in the release.
Spire Orthopedic Partners is majority physician-owned and has a network of more than 100 physicians across 23 locations in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.
