James M. Worthington, MD, joined New Bedford, Mass.-based Southcoast Health.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. Dr. Worthington focuses on computer-assisted joint replacement surgery involving knees and hips.

 

2. He is a member of the American Association of Hip & Knee Surgeons and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.

 

3. He completed residencies in both surgery and orthopedic surgery at the Brown University School of Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

 

4. Dr. Worthington will see patients at Southcoast Orthopedics at Truesdale Clinic in Fall River, Mass.
