SharedClarity appoints Dr. Alex McLaren VP of clinical outcomes: 4 points

1. SharedClarity is a joint venture between health systems and UnitedHealthcare that uses clinical data to study the effectiveness of high-impact medical products.

 

2. Dr. McLaren will oversee all of SharedClarity’s clinical review efforts.

 

3. Dr. McLaren most recently served as orthopedic residency program director of the University of Arizona, College of Medicine in Phoenix.

 

4. He also previously served as is the director of orthopedic education for Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.
