Dr. Cullen will see patients at the practice’s new office at the Portsmouth, N.H.-based Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Outpatient Center.
He specializes in complex knee ligament reconstruction, advanced arthroscopic knee surgery and shoulder surgeries among other procedures.
Dr. Cullen will serve as an orthopedic consultant and a team physician for the University of New Hampshire Wildcats.
He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Following medical school Dr. Cullen completed a residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in sports medicine and advanced arthroscopic surgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
