The certification looks at factors including presurgical orthopedic consultations, hospital admissions, rehabilitation activities and follow-up visits.

The clinic underwent an on-site review Oct. 21 to evaluate its compliance with certification standards.

“This survey validates our orthopedic team’s commitment to providing exceptional care in a safe environment,” Bill Arnold, president and CEO of the hospital, said in a Nov. 9 press release. “Achieving this designation for the third consecutive survey validates the quality of our program and our team’s daily focus on returning our patients to active, healthy lives.”
