1. Dr. Alberta specializes in sports medicine and has expertise in shoulder, elbow and knee surgery.
2. He will start seeing patients Oct. 1 at the group’s Glenrock, N.J. and Rutherford, N.J., locations.
3. After earning his medical degree from Newark-based Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Alberta completed fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles.
4. Dr. Alberta is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and New England Shoulder and Elbow Society.
