Rockford Health Physicians adds Dr. Dean Fochios: 3 takeaways

1. Dr. Fochios is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a fellowship-trained sports physician. He will work out of the Orthopedic Center of Excellence at Rockford Health Physicians.

 

2. Dr. Fochios has focuses on fracture care, adult joint reconstruction, arthroscopic knee ligament reconstruction and sports medicine.

 

3. His career began after he earned his medical degree from Washington, D.C.-based George Washington University. He completed a residency in orthopedics at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., and a sports medicine fellowship in Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.
