Regions Hospital implements CODE Technology’s patient-reported outcomes platform: 5 highlights

St. Paul, Minn.-based Regions Hospital implemented an out-of-clinic patient-reported outcomes program.

Here are five highlights:

 

1. Regions Hospital is the first level 1 academic trauma center to invest in this infrastructure.

 

2. In partnership with CODE Technology, The hospital will leverage the PRO platform in its orthopedic trauma department.

 

3. Regions and the Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota implanted a value-based care program called The Value Initiative. The program is intended to leverage research, innovation, policy and technology to drive value in the industry.

 

4. The Value Initiative will use the PRO data for patient-level value diagnosis.

 

5. CODE Technology offers an electronic PRO platform, which collects, reports and benchmarks PRO data as a service.
