Real estate portfolio of orthopedic practice sold

The real estate portfolio of Garden State Medical Center, a physician-owned orthopedic and interventional pain practice in New Jersey, has been sold

Real estate investment trust STORE Capital acquired the seven-practice portfolio, which includes about 46,000 rentable square feet, according to an Oct. 14 news release from Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, the seller.

The largest property is the Manchester Surgery Center in Whiting, N.J., a multi-specialty ASC.

Garden State Medical Center specializes in orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, interventional pain management, sports medicine, regenerative medicine and rheumatology. 

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the release said.
