Proactive MD has acquired orthopedic practices in North Carolina and South Carolina to expand its network.
The company is a value-based care provider that partners with employers and health plans, according to a Dec. 10 news release from Proactive MD.
With the new additions, Proactive MD says it will be able to provide specialized, high-quality musculoskeletal care to patients, employers and payers.
Proactive MD also recently completed growth initiatives in Alabama, California and Georgia, the release said.
