Press Ganey measures healthcare performance at facilities nationwide and gives the Guardian award to the top 5 percent of health facilities nationwide.
The award is based on patient surveys that include questions on overall ratings and teamwork, according to an April 25 press release. Data for the most recent award was collected between April 2021 and March 2022.
HSS also earned the Pinnacle of Excellence award for the fourth year in a row.
