Power outage temporarily closes California orthopedic center

A power outage in Rancho Mirage, Calif., disrupted operations at the Eisenhower Health Orthopedic Center on the morning of June 6, according to a report from NBC Palm Springs.

The majority of services on the campus remained functional, but Eisenhower Desert Cardiology Center and Eisenhower Desert Orthopedic Center were forced to reschedule appointments due to the disruption.

Power at the facility was restored by the afternoon. The cause of the outage has not yet been identified.
