Philadelphia sports medicine surgeon joins Vincera Institute

Christopher Dodson, MD, joined the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia as head of orthopedics on Jan. 1.

Dr. Dodson is a sports medicine and orthopedic surgeon who spent 16 years at Philadelphia-based Rothman Orthopaedics before the move. He will lead orthopedic services at Vincera, which provides multidisciplinary care for athletes and active patients from the U.S. and abroad, according to a news release shared with Becker’s

The Vincera Institute, which was founded in 2013, offers medical evaluation, imaging, surgery and rehabilitation services under one roof.
