Paris Orthopedics and Sports Medicine adds orthopedic surgeon

Orthopedic surgeon Richy Charls, MD, will begin seeing patients at Paris Orthopedic Clinic in Texas on Sept. 8, according to an Aug. 26 report by MyParisTexas.com

He specializes in orthopedic sports medicine and has completed a fellowship at Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Cincinnati.

Dr. Charls has earned a number of prestigious academic and professional honors, including membership in Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and Sigma Alpha Pi leadership honor society. He also has multiple peer-reviewed orthopedic research publications and has presented at national conferences. 

He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and multiple sports medicine associations.
