Nineteen hospitals have received an orthopedic center of excellence designation from health accreditor DNV Healthcare.  

There are seven states in the U.S. where orthopedic surgeons make more than any other profession, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. 

Sixty-nine hospitals and health systems have received an advanced certification for hip and knee replacements from health accreditor DNV Healthcare.

Toyotas and Fords are the most popular car brands among orthopedic surgeons in 2023, according to a Feb. 24 Medscape report that looked at survey results from over 9,100 practicing physicians.
