A man is recovering after he was brought back to life during a July 4 hip surgery at Denver Health, NBC affiliate KUSA reported July 7.

Charges were dropped against orthopedic surgeon Grant Robicheaux, MD, and his girlfriend, who were accused of drugging and assaulting several women, the Los Angeles Times reported July 7.
