Now the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the collapse, according to a May 25 report from ABC affiliate Dakota News Now.

OSHA compliance officers are interviewing the injured employees’ employers, Minnesota-based Northland Concrete and Masonry Company and general contractor Henry Carlson.

No information on the investigation will be released until it is complete, which could take up to six months, according to the report.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
