OSF HealthCare adds orthopedic surgeon

Alton, Ill.-based OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center, part of Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare, has expanded its specialty services program with the addition of orthopedic surgeon Maj. Erin Swan, MD.

Dr. Swan, an active-duty officer in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Scott Air Force Base in Mascoutah, Ill., is accepting new patients at the hospital’s medical office building. She provides care for adults with a wide range of orthopedic needs, including sports injuries, joint conditions, fractures and trauma, according to a Sept. 23 system news release.
