OrthoVirginia, Washington Commanders partner for team orthopedic care

North Chesterfield-based OrthoVirginia and the Washington Commanders NFL team inked a partnership.

Under the deal, the Commanders’ training center will be renamed the OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park, according to a Sept. 21 news release from the team. OrthoVirginia will also provide medical care and recovery services to the Commanders.

“OrthoVirginia entitling our training center builds on the world-class care they have been providing our players and adds a critical piece of the puzzle to our efforts to become a gold standard, championship organization,” Commanders team President Jason Wright said in the release.
