Orthopedic trauma surgeon joins UPMC Susquehanna

Williamsport, Pa.-based UPMC Susquehanna welcomed board-certified orthopedic trauma surgeon Howard Katz, MD, NorthcentralPA.com reports.

Dr. Katz has more than 30 years of orthopedic surgery experience. Prior to joining UPMC Susquehanna, he served as chief of orthopedic trauma and reconstruction and a general surgery attending physician at New York City-based Saint Barnabus Health System Trauma Center.

UPMC Susquehanna is a six-hospital integrated health system.
