1. Dr. Pick earned his medical degree from Des Moines University, before he completed a residency at Lansing-based Michigan State University.
2. He specializes in total joint replacement, sports medicine and fracture work.
3. Dr. McGuire earned his medical degree from Creighton University. He completed a five-year residency at St. Louis University Hospitals before his fellowship at the Springfield-based Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Before joining Iowa Spine, Dr. McGuire had a practice in Des Moines, Iowa for 26 years.
Dr. McGuire specializes in a nonoperative approach to back pain.
