California is the state with the most orthopedic surgeons in the nation, according to May 2024 data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, published April 2.
The bureau released updated compensation data to reflect May 2024 information, the latest available. The list does not include orthopedic surgeons who work in pediatrics.
