Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Teresa Cappello of Loyola University

Teresa Cappello, MD, is an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Chicago-based Loyola University. She specializes in pediatric orthopedics, and serves patients at Loyola Center for Health at River Forest (Ill.) and Loyola Outpatient Center in Maywood. Journal of Pediatric Orthopedics has published Dr. Cappello’s research.

Dr. Cappello earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Following medical school, she completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago. She completed her fellowship at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle.
