With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Johnson specializes in sports medicine, pediatric orthopedics and joint replacement surgery. She is also board certified in orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Johnson is a member of the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Louisiana Medical Society.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Dr. Johnson completed her residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Johnson underwent fellowship training in sports medicine at New Orleans-based Ochsner Medical Center.
