Throughout her career, Dr. Collins has served as the director of hand surgery at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Medical Center and a clinic instructor at the University of Virginia.
Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Collins also earned her certificate in orthopedic traumatology from The Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. She specializes in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery.
After earning her medical degree from the Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical School, Dr. Collins completed her residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore. Dr. Collins underwent fellowship training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C.
