Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Ronald O. Schwab of Nebraska Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine

Ronald O. Schwab, MD, joined Nebraska Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine in Lincoln in 2003. Dr. Schwab specializes in joint replacement as well as general orthopedics. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Schwab serves as part of the volunteer faculty at Lincoln, Neb.-based Union College in the Physicians Assistant Program.

He earned his medical degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Following medical school, Dr. Schwab completed his residency at the same institution.
