Dr. Ruffin’s specialties and interests lie in hand, wrist, upper extremities, elbow and shoulders.
Dr. Ruffin earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, completed his residency at the University of Iowa in Iowa City and his fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Ky.
Dr. Ruffin is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
