Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Kim specializes in adult reconstruction, primary knee and hip replacements, knee arthroscopy, sports medicine and ligament reconstruction.
Dr. Kim is a fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He was awarded the John Insall Award for his research on total knee replacements.
After earning his medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, W.Va., Dr. Kim completed his residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Kim is also fellowship trained in sports medicine from Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York City.
