Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Philip Branson of Princeton Community Hospital

Philip J. Branson, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Princeton (W.Va.) Community Hospital.

He is also affiliated with Orthopaedic Center of the Virginias in Princeton, W.Va., and Charleston, S.C.-based Wake Forest University, where he serves as an associate clinical professor of orthopedics.

With expertise in minimally invasive partial and total knee replacement surgery, Dr. Branson specializes in osteoarthritis and other degenerative conditions.

Dr. Branson is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.

He earned his medical degree from and completed a residency at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago.
