Dr. Favorito specializes in rotator cuff tears, arthritis and fractures, total shoulder replacement and shoulder instability.
With experience in clinical and basic science research of the shoulder, Dr. Favorito serves as a consultant on the development and validation of shoulder instruments and products for various orthopedic companies. He previously served as a team physician for the Cincinnati Bengals and medical director of the Cincinnati Ballet.
Dr. Favorito is a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
After earning his medical degree from and completing his residency at State University of New York at Buffalo in New York City, Dr. Favorito completed a sports medicine fellowship at Christ Hospital Bone and Joint Institute and University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
