Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Nicholas Bruggeman of OrthoNebraska

Nicholas B. Bruggeman, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon fellowship-trained in hand and upper extremity surgery who provides care at Omaha-based OrthoNebraska.

Dr. Bruggeman’s clinical interests include hand, shoulder and elbow conditions as well as sports medicine and workers compensation cases. He is also one of the few Level 1 trauma providers in the region.

 

Dr. Bruggeman earned his medical degree at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic. He completed his hand and upper extremity fellowship at Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis.
