Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Michelle Wolcott of University of Colorado

Michelle Wolcott, MD, serves as an associate professor of orthopedics at the University of Colorado in Denver. Specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, she treats knee injuries and disorders. She is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.

Dr. Wolcott is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Ruth Jackson Society and Western Orthopaedic Association, among several others.

 

She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Following medical school, Dr. Wolcott underwent her residency at Chicago-based Loyola University. She completed her fellowship at University of Iowa in Iowa City.
