Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Mark Dales of Seattle Children’s Hospital

Mark Dales, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and fracture care chief at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Dales’ clinical interests include scoliosis, congenital and developmental abnormalities in the hip, leg length inequality and lower extremities.

 

Dr. Dales has been published in the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Journal of Orthopaedic Translation. In 2013 and 2014, Seattle Magazine named him a Top Doctor.

 

After earning his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Dr. Dales completed his residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. Dr. Dales is also fellowship trained from Dallas-based Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
