Board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Alberton has expertise in knee and shoulder injuries. Dr. Alberton has additional interests in anterior cruciate ligament injuries, knee ligament injuries and surgery, cartilage injuries, labral tears in the shoulder, meniscus tears and rotator cuff tears.
After earning her medical degree from the Mayo Foundation Medical School in Rochester, Minn., Dr. Alberton completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Alberton is also fellowship trained in sports medicine from the University of California San Francisco.
