Dr. Sheppard currently serves as professor of orthopedic surgery at The University of Arizona College of Medicine. He is certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications in surgery of the hand. His research has been published in the American Journal of Orthopaedics, Skeletal Radiology, the Journal of Hand and Microsurgery and more.
Dr. Sheppard earned his medical degree and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Gainesville-based University of Florida before completing his clinical upper extremity surgery fellowship at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital.
