Dr. Jones earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where the school awarded him with the Academic Achievement Award for his performance in clinical studies. Following medical school, he underwent his orthopedic surgery residency at the same institution.
Dr. Jones finished his spine surgery fellowship at The Charlotte (N.C.) Spine Center in North Carolina.
