Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Chong specializes in limb deformity, congenital deficiencies, limb lengthening, scoliosis, hip dysplasia and fractures. Dr. Chong is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
Dr. Chong underwent fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Shriners Hospitals of Children in Salt Lake City. He later completed additional fellowship training in limb deformity and reconstructive surgery at the Paley Advanced Limb Lengthening Institute in West Palm Beach, Fla.
After earning his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn., Dr. Chong completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
