Dr. Hosemann is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and previously served as president of Jackson Orthopaedic Society.
He has served as assistant team physician for Auburn (Ala.) University, Birmingham Barons and the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
Dr. Hosemann’s research has been published in The Journal of Sports Medicine and the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Treatment.
After graduating from Oxford-based University of Mississippi, Dr. Hosemann completed orthopedic residency training and interned at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He then underwent fellowship training at the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Ala.
