Brian McKeon, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Boston Sports & Shoulder Center.

With expertise in sports medicine, Dr. McKeon also specializes in minimally invasive shoulder, knee and elbow surgery.

Dr. McKeon serves as CMO and head team physician for the Boston Celtics as well as an assistant clinical orthopedic surgery professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.

He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America and NBA Team Physicians Society.

After earning his medical degree from Washington, D.C.-based Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. McKeon completed his residency at University of Connecticut in Storrs and a sports medicine fellowship at Boston-based New England Baptist Hospital.
