Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Milner has special interests in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder and hand surgery and joint replacement.
Dr. Milner is a member of the Wyoming Medical Society, Sheridan County Medical Society, Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons and Western Orthopaedic Association.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Dr. Milner completed his residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque.
