Dr. Youssef is also affiliated with Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport.
With expertise in hand and upper extremities surgery, Dr. Youssef’s research interests include hand surgery and the cost of orthopedic implants. He is the author of a book chapter on opponensplasty in Master Techniques in Orthopedic Surgery: The Hand.
Dr. Youssef is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Association of Hand Surgery.
After earning his medical degree from Charlottesville-based University of Virginia School of Medicine, Dr. Youssef completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland and a fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.
