Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Anthony Scaduto of Orthopaedic Institute for Children

Anthony A. Scaduto, MD, is the president and CEO of Orthopaedic Institute for Children in Los Angeles. He also is a Charles LeRoy Professor of pediatric orthopedics and chief of staff at the institution.

Dr. Scaduto is the chief of pediatric orthopedics at Santa Monica- UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital. He is the executive vice chair and associate clinic professor at the Orthopedic Institute for Children at UCLA. He also serves as the fellowship director at Orthopaedic Institute for Children.

 

Dr. Scaduto earned his medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine. Following medical school, he underwent his residency and fellowship at the same institution. He completed an additional fellowship in pediatric orthopedics and spinal deformity surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.
