Daniel Choi, MD, serves as the owner of Spine Medicine and Surgery of Long Island in New York City.
He is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, training at Chicago-based Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School.
Over the span of his career, he has treated thousands of patients, performing minimally invasive spine surgery, endoscopic spine surgery and disc replacements.
Dr. Choi also serves as an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at Zucker/Northwell School of Medicine in Uniondale, N.Y.
In 2023, he was honored by SpineLine, the publication of the North American Spine Society, as a member of its class of “20 under 40.”
That year, he also became the first surgeon in the region to perform a dualPortal endoscopic spinal surgery.
