Dr. Farley received her medical degree from Weill Cornell University Medical College in New York City and completed her residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. She completed a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.
She practiced pediatric orthopedics at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital for 26 years — 18 of those as chief of pediatric orthopedic surgery.
