Prior to joining Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, he served seven years at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Crawford speaks on scoliosis and circular external fixation and develops digital health apps. He is a fellow of Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Piedmont Orthopedic Society.
Dr. Crawford earned his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn. He went on to perform an orthopedic surgery residency at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Medical Center, where he also completed a pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship.
