Orthopedic surgeon leader to know: Dr. J. Mack Aldridge III of Triangle Orthopaedic Associates

J. Mack Aldridge III, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Triangle Orthopaedic Associates, a practice with offices throughout North Carolina. His clinical interests include the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions.

Prior to joining Triangle Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Aldridge served as an assistant professor in orthopedics at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University and as chief of orthopedics at the Durham VA Medical Center. He is a past president of the Duke Hand Club, North Carolina Society for Surgery of the Hand and North Carolina Orthopaedic Association. He holds additional memberships with American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Medical Association, among other professional societies.

 

Dr. Aldridge earned his medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C. He went on to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Medical Center, where he also did a hand, upper extremity and microsurgery fellowship.
