He earned his medical degree and completed an internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh.
He earned board certification in 1985.
Dr. Albert is a past president of the Independent Physician Association of Irvine. He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the International Arthroscopy Association.
Dr. Albert is a qualified and independent medical evaluator.
