Orthopedic surgeon leader to know: Dr. Adewale Adeniran of San Antonio Orthopaedic Group

Adewale O. Adeniran, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at San Antonio Orthopaedic Group, a practice with offices throughout Texas. His clinical interests include the treatment of back and neck conditions.

He practices at three locations, located in San Antonio. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Adeniran’s research, which investigates conditions of joint and spinal care, has been published in journals like The Knee Journal and Neurochemical Research. He holds memberships with American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society and International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery.

 

Dr. Adeniran earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis. He went on to complete an orthopedic residency at Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and a spine surgery fellowship at Plano-based Texas Back Institute.
