Orthopedic surgeon joins Osso VR’s advisory board

Orthopedic surgeon Ken Yamaguchi, MD, was named to Osso VR’s advisory board.

Dr. Yamaguchi is a renowned shoulder surgeon and CMO at Centene Corp., according to a Feb. 17 announcement. He received his medical degree at Washington, D.C.-based George Washington University and an MBA from St. Louis-based Olin Business School at Washington University.

“In light of today’s turbulent healthcare environment, Osso VR is providing the foundation in order to secure our supply of proficient surgeons and ensuring they are utilizing the best technologies and techniques for patients,” said Dr. Yamaguchi.

Osso VR is a medical technology company providing on-demand virtual reality education for surgeons. It’s used in more than 20 teaching hospitals and 14 medical device companies across 20 countries.
